‘Steam’ it on the ‘boat’

依然系过紧农历新年。

What do you eat the most during Chinese New Year?

Cookies? Yu Sang? Seafood? Instant noodles?

Well, I believe that most of you will take steamboat during most of the gatherings in Chinese New Year~

而我,当然都唔例外喇~!有时候,都真系几喜欢打边炉O架!

不过,我却发觉,每一次打边炉之后,我既肚硬系会有少许唔舒服!

O左千万次既边炉,我今日先知道(其实大家都应该知道,但系每次打边炉既时候都会忘记咯)。。。就系,一定要用唔同既筷子打边炉喇!

一对筷子就系用O黎打边炉,而另一对就系用O黎自己食既~

O拿,绝对就唔系因为怕你会食到朋友或家人的口水而导致肚痛。而系呢,D 生肉通常都会布满晒细菌,需要用滚水噜过,先可以杀死D细菌,再摆入口食。

换言之,如果你系用同一对筷子夹生肉,再夹熟肉摆入口既话,你就同时摆紧生肉上既细菌入口喇!

Oohhh…唔怪止得我每次打边炉都会肚痛。而且,好多时候,D餐厅都净系俾一人一对筷子。

今日开始,请记住,Do not use the same pair of chopstick for steamboat…alright ~ !
