年初八： 依然系过紧农历新年。 What do you eat the most during Chinese New Year? Cookies? Yu Sang? Seafood? Instant noodles? Well, I believe that most of you will take steamboat during most of the gatherings in Chinese New Year~ 而我，当然都唔例外喇~！有时候，都真系几喜欢打边炉O架！ 不过，我却发觉，每一次打边炉之后，我既肚硬系会有少许唔舒服！ 打O左千万次既边炉，我今日先知道（其实大家都应该知道，但系每次打边炉既时候都会忘记咯）。。。就系，一定要用唔同既筷子打边炉喇！ 一对筷子就系用O黎打边炉，而另一对就系用O黎自己食既～ O拿，绝对就唔系因为怕你会食到朋友或家人的口水而导致肚痛。而系呢，D 生肉通常都会布满晒细菌，需要用滚水噜过，先可以杀死D细菌，再摆入口食。 换言之，如果你系用同一对筷子夹生肉，再夹熟肉摆入口既话，你就同时摆紧生肉上既细菌入口喇！ Oohhh…唔怪止得我每次打边炉都会肚痛。而且，好多时候，D餐厅都净系俾一人一对筷子。 今日开始，请记住，Do not use the same pair of chopstick for steamboat…alright [...]
