I’m wondering how long does it takes from a piglet to this huge piggy’s size!

This piggy is living in China, Fu Jian-Pu tian.

I’ve seen  a very huge pig in one of the villages in Korea before, but this pig that’s from china was way much more heavier than the korean.

The village –

中国某D 村落真系仲系好乡下。除O左O系自己屋内有养猪猪之外，依然系有咸鱼，等等。。。

Wait….before i story further….im just wondering what are they going to do with the pig? going to rare it as a pet or memang they will kill and eat it one fine day?

到处嬉戏的乡村小朋友。。。光着脚Y。

满身灰尘。。。。但，他已经习以为常了。

上学午休时间，学校没有canteen 。 小朋友们都必须要千里迢迢步行回家用午餐。

如果家境较好的小朋友就可以踩单车番学。

期间，我最为意的系，几乎所有人家都不喜欢o系日头既时候开灯。但屋内的窗户又唔系好多。 所以屋内通常都系漆黑一片。而用膳的朋友们， 无论系冬天，夏天，都会坐o系门口用膳。

And yea…most of the houses in China are without heater….during winter.

Some of the kids from a better family ….were having their lunch outside of their home during the recess time from school.

到今日，依然有好多好多人仲系用紧柴枝起火，烧饭。。。所以，中国的朋友都称煮饭为烧饭。

用旧布而制成的地拖。。。

The mop that was made by unwanted clothes.

And their life are still relying on the well …

O系马来西亚你看见几多干枯的井。。。。但， 呢个“活”井依然系functioning!

打水，洗衫，烧饭。。。。。

斩柴。。。。

养鸡。。。。

为O左节省电源而靠在门前进行所有的活动。。。

Guess, all of us are living in heaven in Malaysia compared to them~

We ate home most of the time during d trip in China, Fu Jian – Pu Tian..Ng’s relatives cooked for us through the whole trip, therefore we get to taste their local food with d local style of cooking.

D very local corn that menanam by Ng’s relatives.

I wonder how and wonder why….D corn is in Red and white colour?!

Erm, and it tasted like….it tasted like a corn without margarine.

One of ma favourite Local Food! 酸辣粉! <Spicy&Sour Noodle>

D best thing in 酸辣粉 is d 濑粉! my favourite type of noodle. and their 濑粉is quite diferent from our asam laksa type of noodle. Theirs  more transparent and ours d texture s more milky.

第一晚最令我难忘的莫过于这个超大复茂蛋糕！

复茂系一家有名的糕饼店。。。它们的蛋糕简直系ichiban!

呢个止不过系一只普通的生日蛋糕。。。

虽然我有好多朋友都会特别订造超大蛋糕， 但呢份蛋糕特别之处系因为。。。它是厦门的蛋糕…哈哈！

丰富的水果同Cream, 令我好想拥有整个蛋糕！

喜欢复茂的另一个原因系。。。蛋糕附送蛋糕餐具。有mini 叉叉

And 手掌般大的纸碟。。。

刚刚好容纳只蛋糕。

令我齋望住只蛋糕已经无比兴奋。

Yummy~

之后，我忍唔住独自走O左去买复茂小型蛋糕。

独吞整旧蛋糕的滋味简直就难以形容….

十年前，

刚刚十年前，我被邀请参与全世界华人之寻根之旅，而到达北京进入了解中国人的来源。。。亦顺道到访福建，厦门。

Meanwhile。。。

十年期间，我亦非常有幸地逐渐了解自己的ancestors 同太爷，爷爷的人生。。。

我们李家来自中国广东， 佛山南海。

最proud 的系，我们的家族同中国依然保持联系。。。甚至今年，我亦收到中国广东，南海亲戚所寄出的  “族簿”！ 自觉更加骄傲的系，我同弟弟们以及身在马来西亚的cousins 们的名字都一一被记录在族簿里边。

至少，已经身在海外的血脉没有被忘记。

至少，我知道我是来自哪里。

Do you know where do you and your ancestors came from? ?

不过，遗憾的是我仲未有机会返去太爷以及爷爷的老家看看。根据族簿记载，老家最近又建起几层高楼。。。生活过得去。

十年后，

Ten years later， 我依然仲未有机会踏上爷爷的老家，但我却意外地随着黄家的子子孙孙返回他们爷爷的老家所在地－－中国福建，莆田。

马来西亚超过７０％福建人。 居多的福建人来到第三代。。。

反而， 我们呢D 广东人或其他贯籍的祖先比较早O黎到南洋， 所以好多都o黎到第四代。。。 甚至第五代啦。。。

You’ll be amazed that 一个太爷或爷爷O黎到南洋再离开人间之后，延续血脉剩下的竟然系成群的后代！一大群后代同时返到爷爷的老家，无不是一件惊天动地的壮举。

今次同步返回黄老家的子孙有五十人。。。而呢五十人仅于一个爷爷O系南洋所留下的血脉！！ Amazing?!

此时此刻令我想起我们李家亦曾经O系爷爷李金林的马来西亚祖屋前影过这么一张大合照。。。

当年系1999 年，当时候爷爷已经离世。不过，那张最兴旺的大合照集合了超过100 个子孙合影。

O系‘陇西’的牌坊前，有爷爷的11 个子女， 同11 个子女所生产的无数孙仔孙女。。。。

我老爸排行第七，可想而知我们的家族是多么庞大。。。。

可惜，今非昔比

人物已非。。。。

此景不再。。。

这个寻他根之旅虽然并没有什么身同感受，但获益良多。。。。

Wild Honey serves beautiful breakfast for all-day-long !

And i think that the most suitable time to visit to Wild honey is always during Brunch hours

And their signature food would be Omelette!

you will be surprise with the variety of omelettes that Wild Honey is serving ~ !

i can’t remember the name of my scramble egg meal…but it tasted ‘healthy’ and Good~!

it was pretty filling

Tunasian was the first meal that i have tried in Wild Honey

It was Extremely good~!

The Japanese ~

Eggs dominate the menu of Wild honey and the chef of Wild honey was so good in ‘making-up’ with the eggs

After Bangkok, Cheesie and i decided to pay a visit to Singapore! in conjunction, for me to attend my princess

- alice Leong’s wedding ceremony.

coincidentally. it was Singapore National Day Rehearsal  on Saturday . And my friend – Raymond Ho who is working at Level 33 has reserved a super VIP seats for me ~

a row of tall dining tables at the outdoor area…. at LEVEL 33. Apparently the restaurant is located at Level 33.

there were so many surprises when Cheesie and i were sitting there at Level 33….

There were different planes and helikopters passed by out of a sudden when i was having my dinner….

and i felt that i was so near to the planes and helikopters …cool right?!

Basically their National day’s performances are not only on stage, but sky and Sea as well ~

there were more awesome performances after the sun hides himself under the moon.

Our main purpose for traveling all the way to Australia was to celebrate ah ma’s birthday.

And there, vivien they all have arranged a fine dining celebration dinner in a superb fine dining restaurant – TAO.

TAO is actually a fusion Japanese Restaurant…And remember the word –FUSION. Therefore, they are not serving the typical authentic japanese food.

but the style and the sequence of the food are like Japanese style.

Since TAO is a fine dining restaurant, all of us had to dress up formarly.

The guys are mostly with tiesss

Majority of the guys in the family were dressed up in shirts and tiess and for the ladies, are all in dress…

Don;t look at mine, mine consider the most casual dress compared to the other ladies.

Although it was near to summer in Australia but i remember it was quite “chiling” on that day…

When we arrived at TAO~ Vivien and the bf was already there for set up!

We booked the tabless for 40pax with Four long tables and Vivien bought about twenty to thirty boquet of the flowers for table setting!

It was really AMAZING and i think she was better than any party event organizer!

The Flowers that she bought was really fresh and nice! Good job, Vivien!

Dining time. Remember i have taught all of you the way of using the cutlery during fine dining? always from the OUTER one to the inner one.

And always smile before the food is served … (just kidding, blek)

Like what the others told me, there is nothing much here and not like what i have expected.

You gotta pamper yourself… no matter how busy your work is…how tight your schedule is….how bad your mood is …

Korea is famous with their skin care products ~ (you have to get a dozen of skin care products if you are visiting Korea…. you HAVE to!! )

But hor..one thing…. Most of the time you won’t get to understand the description of the skin care (they are all written in Korean! )

Like this. ! I got this as a free gift after purchasing some of the skin care products from Etude House…! But, i seriously have no idea about this bottle of drink…

As long as it is something good to my health

All in all….the great discovery should be this..
