After Bangkok, Cheesie and i decided to pay a visit to Singapore! in conjunction, for me to attend my princess

- alice Leong’s wedding ceremony.

coincidentally. it was Singapore National Day Rehearsal  on Saturday . And my friend – Raymond Ho who is working at Level 33 has reserved a super VIP seats for me ~

a row of tall dining tables at the outdoor area…. at LEVEL 33. Apparently the restaurant is located at Level 33.

there were so many surprises when Cheesie and i were sitting there at Level 33….

There were different planes and helikopters passed by out of a sudden when i was having my dinner….

and i felt that i was so near to the planes and helikopters …cool right?!

Boats with fire and smoke = fire boats

Basically their National day’s performances are not only on stage, but sky and Sea as well ~

there were more awesome performances after the sun hides himself under the moon.

Look at the bo-bo with the star sign floating on the water ~

Thailand is like a ‘must’ visit country to most of the Malaysians. .

And, visiting to Thailand is more like a weekend escape / a weekend shopping trip than a real holiday to most of the malaysians or cheesie and i.

That is why, cheesie and i were in thailand during the last weekend without any pre-planning itinerary.

My main purpose was to accompany the ‘sting’ cheese for prayer…… (did i just sound very “wai dai” ? )

we have an annual trip ‘deal’ between both of us where both of us have to make up some time to travel with each other at least once a year….The ‘deal’ started since year 2005. and we hope it will last forever, till we die.

Frankly speaking, i never like to travel with AA, therefore, AA will always be my LAST LAST choice….Other than AA, there are plenty of options out there….such as Royal Jordanian Air.

(i booked this for my colleague as well when they were flying off to Bangkok for a business trip…and they liked it so much )

the seats are so comfortable and spacious!

The food was normal, but its good enough

We did not plan much for our activities in Thailand, but the most that we did was wandering around the city ….

Til our legs got numb and back got ache…

then we went for a luxury massage & Spa …

(you can get 200baht body massage for two hours but this massage worth 2000baht for two hours….! coz we did not know where to go to…but their service was extremely good and the place was comfy and hygiene)

It was my very very first time that the massage lady turned over my body and continue with her massage After massaging my back,  without asking for my permission…..   – -”

MUST TRY : RECOMMENDATIONS :

The coconut dessert at chatuchak night market. (it was not there during my last visit)

A very affordable and yummy dessert that made with coconut flesh!

And you can choose two flavours for topping….

it looks like tutti fuiti huh…but their toppings are very Thai style …

Eventually, we chose this and that…. the corn and the yellow thingie…

mouthwatering ….

and the coconut flesh tasted so sweet and nice!!!!!!!

You paid around 30baht not only for the mouthwatering dessert but it comes with a cup of refreshing coconut juice as well!!

WORTH IT!!

My surprise trip started with FireFly ~

We took firefly Subang to Penang, to kickstart with my mystery trip. And the stewardess from FireFly passed me the special FireFly ipod for me to fill up the survey form :”)

The moment we arrived in Penang, i was so curious of the mystery person’s next arrangement.

Until our cab brought us to the jetty and until i saw the Star CRUISE!! OMG!!!!

i can’t believe that i’m boarding on cruise~!

This is my first experience of taking star cruise. mommy and daddy always story about their experiences , their casino gambling experiences in Cruise, but they have not bring me before~

OMG! i’m on board !!!

City Life!

Our apartment in Melbourne was located at the heart of the city. (Ng family’s apartment)

Surrounded by tall buildings

but the air was not polluted at all….

The jacuzzi and swimming pool is at the roof top.

Facing the city view when you are dipping yourself in the pool …yet its still relaxing…

Sun bathing at the roof top.

Rush home from work, and

Dip yourself in the Jacuzzi,

throw all of the hectic business behind your mind,

that will be the most relaxing activity of the day…

Okay, I’m wrong, Australia do have the normal candle like our candle in Malaysia too..

anyway, that’s not my main point, and my main point is…..Can we have something like this in Malaysia too?!?!?!?

After the ah ma’s birthday posts and the pictures about the special cakes that are selling in australia, subsequently i’m going to show you to huge cupcake !

This huge thing looks like a cupcake to you right? Not really though, it is V’s birthday cake and it tasted like birthday cake instead of cupcake…

But i like the outlook of the cake…!

Such an unique and nice birthday cake! Can i have something like this in Malaysia as well?!?!?!?

Remember i did mention about the main purpose of us visiting Melbourne and Tao restaurant ?!

We were there for ah Ma’s birthday, in conjunction of celebrating the December’s babies’ birthday too

After showing you all of the unique fusion food that were served by TAO, is time to show you the CAKESS for the birthday celebration .

It was a little bit different from Malaysia, i think.

i’m sorry that i was not able to capture a nice picture of the cake because there was about fourty five + + of us cramping and rushing towards ah ma’s table when the cake was served.

But look, The cake that they bought in Melbourne was very 2D, and i like the candle!!

you are able to get this type of candles everywhere…this is their common candle but not like us, our normal candle is the pink colour candle without ‘sparkling stars’ on it

Your celebration can be very unique and memorable if you are creative enough!

Look! i’m not sure if is Vivien or the people from TAO who made this.

It was a simple black plate with some powder writings on it. It was extremely cool and nice!! I like this!!!

Hey, you can curi this idea and save a penny from buying a cake for your friend’s birthday

At the same time, your friend still get to blow the candle and make a birthday wish , hehe.

Seriously, i think their cakes design are all simple but unique…

VERY NICE!

Not to say that you must visit to this place but this is the place that Michael schumacher will pay a visit whenever he is in Melbourne, Australia.

This is a traditional italian restaurant.

And the owner of this restaurant is a big fan of F1 !

Therefore, you can see a lot a lot of his collections

Together with the signature of Michael…

They are all display on the wall ~

Not only on the wall, but look! There is also a huge F1 car hanging on the ceiling~!

I have just landed at melbourne not long ago and i was so busy touring around…..Not sight seeing,

but touring around to visit AT’s relativessssssssssssssssssssss!

About 40 of us here! YES, you did not read wrongly…ITS Fourty of us travel together to Australia, melbourne.

This is my second visit to Melbourne and our motive here is for one of the uncle’s new house-warming. (I have been to his house today and it is EVERYONE’s DREAM retired house! will blog about it soon!)  AND for grandmother’s birthday celebration, AND for me to visit some of the agencies here for company meetings AND for AT’s family to visit their relativess here, AND for me to visit my beloved childhood friend – Gabriel!

40 of us are all staying in Unclesss’ houses. there are two apartment units in the city and one big ‘country home’ in the suburb area. Of course, the city apartments are reserved for the youngsters and the suburb area is for the adults.

I’m staying in Marriott Residential apartment but i was in Waverley park to visit one of the AT’s relative. A young cousin of AT, same age as me but she is married with two kids….Lucky-nya ~!

Anyway, will keep all of you update about the exciting stuff over here.
